And I bet they ain't cooking mutton either. It's lamb. BBQ joints
nyuk are infamous for mislableling lamb as mutton, especially when
it comes to lamb breast.

I never see any restaurant labelling any dish as mutton. It's all
called lamb no matter how old the animal was.
