Default Lamb tri-tip for Easter!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jeeeeeeezuz LeRoy Christ.

Find one. Rub it with
rosemary-mustard-salt-pepper-EVOO-Worcestershire paste. Grill it to
perfection. Eat it with simple pomegranate sauce or mint jelly.

YIKES it was GOOD. An Easter feast to remember, fer sure.

I'll do it again in a heatbeat.

leftovers.
