Default Halloumi & Peppadew kebabs

Here's a great vegetarian BBQ recipe I've been cooking up recently (my teenage daughter has recently decided she'll never eat meet again). This is a great recipe though, and the whole family love it.

All you need to feed four:
20 peppadews, whole
150g of Halloumi cheese
Olive Oil
Salt Pepper
1 Lime

All you need to do is:
1. Thread 1cm cubes of Haloumi alternating with peppadews on to water soaked bamboo skewers (this will prevent it from burning).

2. Season with salt pepper & lime juice

3. Drizzle with olive oil

4. Leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.

5. BBQ for about 6 minutes, turning frequently.

And there you have it
