Today is my Q day I am smoking a pork butt
I started a fire on a cherry stump I cut down last year. I used 10-15 briquets to get the party going and set my wood smoker box over the stump. ocassionaly I throw on a couple peices of hardwood oak flooring every 30-60 minutes |
