As I remember

10 lbs of wings = 50 wings = 100 pieces

so you're gonna have 200 pieces. That's quite a load of wings.

I haven't counted 'em. It was two 10# bags. One of the supervisors handed me
the 2 bags and asked if I could cook 'em for the party. Short notice, but what
could I say?

And I meant to type: "on the K5, the K3 and K1 for a party tomorrow..." It
does take all three to cook 'em all at the same time. Thie to go do the *flip
'em* thing. I'll try to count.

Your supervisor, eh? That's cool. You're probably the only K owner
in the office. You could get a promotion out of it.

How will you serve.. will you reheat on site? Are you going to sauce them?

There must have been *thousands* of them wings. Or it seemed like that when I
was turning them. ;-)
They were smaller than I usually see, so more per #.

I *have* to feed 'em every now and then, just to rub it in.
No promotion, I'd have to replace one of the owners to get that.

I don't know anything more about the party than the wings, and we all have to be
there at 2 PM.
They were all brined in a solution of soy sauce and a little vinegar and each
gallon zip-lok bag had a different "rub" dumped in. I couldn't get very
organized with only a couple hours notice. Each batch was good, though (had to
sample!)
