The DR Pepper Difference
I've got a brisket on deck and I'm going to use a
prep tip on it that TFM posted here a ways back. Years ago. Cut a slice in the vac pack and dump in a can of Dr Pepper (a funnel comes in handy here). Duct tape it back up, wait a day, then cook. I'm not a big fan of marinades, and I'm skeptical of these types of tricks in general, but I swear it makes a difference. Gives it a certain je ne sais pas. |
