Barbecue (alt.food.barbecue) Discuss barbecue and grilling--southern style "low and slow" smoking of ribs, shoulders and briskets, as well as direct heat grilling of everything from burgers to salmon to vegetables.

Not many food pictures, but a bunch of happy people.

Hey! I recognize one or three of them.

I might have seen that door's twin. Dave's Mason jar looks mighty familiar,
too.

Great pictures, and knowing you, I know people had a great time.

You going to be there in Douglas again? I'll be there with the "Barbecue
Crew" again.

Isn't Wibur pretty much homebound? :-)

I though Wilbur was a small plastic pig that Dave used in naming his to
incarnations of laid-up pits. While the two Wilbur pits might be a tad
heavy to toss in the old Samsonite, their namesake might be OK to
travel. <grin>

I only wish I knew half of what Dave's forgotten about barbecue.

Nope, he sold Wilbur with the house when he retired and moved to the
mountain, only has Sidney and his whole hog pit. Pete Jones Memorial.
He did bring some homemade adult beverages tho.

Nick. Support severely wounded and disabled Veterans and their families!
I've known US vets who served as far back as the Spanish American War.
They are all my heroes! Thank a Veteran and Support Our Troops.
You are not forgotten. Thanks ! ! ~Semper Fi~
