I have a pair of pork butts that were in a freezer. The door got left
open just enough for everything to thaw over a couple of days. When discovered, the problem was fixed and the butts were refrozen. I'm not sure the meat was thawed completely, but even if it was, it was only for a day or so, then it was refrozen. Question: Should I be concerned about the meat still being good? Or should I just replace it? Jim |
