Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe for ginger bread ( molasses)
muffins that I can make in mini-muffin tins? I have many recipes for
ginger cookies, snaps, etc., but not muffins.
..
I have found that occasions where people bring cookies muffins are a
hit (office parties, meetings, after church coffee hours), . And the
mini size even better, as some people prefer a couple of bites rather
than dealing with a whole cupcake sized muffin -- more room to try the
other goodies.
