Maanise Cookies with White Chocolate
Material:
Whole-wheat 450 grams
Margarine 200 grams
Butter 100 grams
Sugar Powder 200 grams
Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon
Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
Rhum 2 teaspoon
Egg Yolk 1 item
Chocolate Powder 50 grams
Way Of Making:
- Mixer slow-speedly smooth sugar, margarine, butter, vanilla, rhum
- Adds egg yolk and mixer equally
- Enters whole-wheat and powder chocolate, baking powder and mixer
equally
- Hushed during 15 minutes
- Formed according to appetite, puts down in brass and nubed with
cream.
- Puts into oven with temperature 180 degree celcius
- After matured decorated with white chocolate*

*white chocolate: white chocolate is liquefied packs into spuit
plastic
