Default Are Lion's head meatballs usually served with Spicy Coconut

Other than soy and chicken broth, is there any other unique sauce it is served with

are they better made with beef or pork or a combination

Any one have a family recipe they wish to share

Am having a party late June for DH

and while the theme is tropical...to include other world cuisines, it seems a number of things (ok too many things are coconut related icon_smile.gif

Can't have pineapple and can use Splenda white as a sub

thanks in advance

have to limit honey, sugar etc...

thanks
