Productive day (food-wise, anyway)
1 loaf of bread
2 balls of pizza dough (recipe below)
1 pizza with roasted tomatoes instead of sauce, Italian sausage,
mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, and basil
1 batch very garlicky baba ganouj
And I wonder why I haven't gotten much work done.

Pizza Dough (bread machine; adapted from Better Homes & Gardens
cookbook)
1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups flour
1.5 teaspoons yeast
..25 teaspoons salt
Place ingredients into your bread machine in the order suggested in
your manual. Process on dough setting. Remove before last rise and
preheat oven to 425F. Cut into two roughly even balls. For one
thin-crust pizza, roll a ball of dough out on a lightly-floured
surface until it's a little bigger than your pizza pan. Bake about
12 minutes, until browned. Top hot crust with whatever toppings you
like. Bake 10-15 minutes more, until bubbly.
