The really sad thing is the airline will beg that customer to give
them another try...

As someone that's flown with toddlers numerous times, it always
been up to me (or SWMBO) to bring any items we might want them to
consume during the flight. It would never have dawned on me to
expect something on a 50-minute commuter flight.

Like others have voiced, I hope that lout of a parent has so much
reverse karma visited upon him he is never heard from again.
