I agree. I worked for Whirlpool way back when Best Buy was just getting
started in Minnenoplace and learned when I repeatedly heard the service
manager say "Best Buy Sucks" that local dealers are the place to go.
I'm glad the Best Buy's etc haven't extinguished them all.
If anyone in the Seattle area can recommend a local dealer I'm all ears.
I found a good one in Tacoma when I bought the washer/dryer but it's
kind of a long ways from here... but I might go back.
