I asked a real estate agent I know about this, and he said that the more
well-informed buyers he's dealt with consider that sort of thing more of
a minus than a plus, just more marginally useful doodads to break down
and leave a hole to be filled. But either way, he didn't think it would
be a deal-breaker, all else being equal.
