wash the inside with a mix of warm water and baking soda, then warm
water and lemon juice.(rinsing well in between) Finally wash out with
a damp cloth that has sterilising solution on it. make sure any rubber
seals are thoroughly scrubbed using an old toothbrush .These will
probably pong and will be harbouring muck and all sorts of bacteria
and mould if the appliance has not been used/cleaned for years. When
you are satisfied with the cleanliness of it leave the door wedged
open for a few days to allow the fresh air to circulate and the seals
to dry. If the seals still remain "wet" give a quick blast with a
hair drier.
