Turkey and mole seem made for one another. Heat shredded turkey in a
mole sauce with sautéd onions, garlic and bell peppers, cilantro, etc.
then serve with warmed tortillas and garnishes of your choice (like
diced tomatoes, lettuce, shredded cheese, etc.).
