Now that's amazing...That thing is allot more like my old Vita-mix I
bought in the seventies. I never did think the spigot on the side was
a good idea. Watching the videos reminded me of one problem with the
Vita-mix and I'm sure the Total too. They are as loud as an airplane.
If you live in an apartment you won't make your neighbors happy with
these. When I bought my old Vita-Mix they advertised that it had a
router motor (woodworking) in it. That's what it sounds like. If I was
in the market for a Vita-mix I'd take a close look at these Total
Blenders. They are in the same price range...maybe a little cheaper?
