Lots of doctors still suggest eating yogurt if you're taking antibiotics and
they whack your digestive system. It works. If it's true that TOO MUCH
yogurt can have adverse effects, I would theorize that it would primarily
happen to people to aren't especially smart. I mean....what does it take to
realize that your diet is dominated by too much of a certain thing?
