I've been using the beef, chicken and vegetable for a couple of years
now. I prefer it to other brands, but I have trouble finding it. It's a
dollar more expensive than other labels, so some of my local shops have
stopped carrying it, or will only carry the unusual flavors like
mushroom and lobster.

Don't know about the protein levels, but I think the flavor is stronger
than other bases, certainly better than ordinary bullion cubes.
