I agree with pretty much everybody so far. I like BTB much better than
bullion cubes.
Did some pasta en brodo yesterday with some frozen stock that I made from a
Costco roast chicken. After adding a bit of hot water, it was a bit flat and
a couple of pea-sized globs of BTB along with some fresh parsley brought it
around nicely.
