Mangoes seem to be so versatile in cooking. I've used them in Salsa,
in Margaritas, in Ice Cream, in Smooties.
But, one of the nicest things I did, was to make a Large Shrimp with a
Creamy Mango, Chipoltle Lime sauce. I served it over a bed of Cilantro
Rice. It was relatively easy to make.
