How much fat?
I make myself a salad for lunch with tomatoes, cucumber, radish, onion, and
so on. Now I put a non-fat dressing on it and I'm hungry 2 hours later. So
how would one balance out the amount of fat. 30% fat is suppose to be the
amount of fat for a balance diet. So just pour on some olive oil on your
salad, soup, or stew to balance it out?
