Default Need suggestions for outdoor barbecue grill

I bought a BBQ Grillware at Lowes for $165. It wasn't that hard to
assemble.

But, it does have hot spots. It is really frustrating that it is so
much hotter on one area than the other.

You do have to keep an eye on chicken. I left some chicken quarters in
with all the burners on low too long and they got a little burnt.

Plus, the grease trap kept falling out.

It is kind of cheap, but it does work. I like the grates. Nothing
seems to stick to them and the leave nice marks.
