That's not a bad idea. :-)
My mom taught me to rinse off questionable meat with a vinegar wash.
I just rinsed this one off well with hot water and that got rid of the
majority of the sulpher odor.
Since it was still partially frozen, I felt that there was no way it
could have gone bad.
