I would suggest you get ahold of the distributor and ask if you can get
their recommendations and ask if you can go down for a tasting. I was in a
similar situation once and did this, with the result that I chose a couple
that I never would have thought of on my own. The sales folk were happy to
pass on their experience and samples.
