Default Low Acidic whites

It does not have to be from a "hot region" to have the "buttery" character.
This characteristic is is a result of a Malo Lactic fermentation which is
produced from a malo lactic culture added to the wine. The ML culture
converts the malic acid to lactic acid and produces other compounds that
give the buttery taste. Therefore wines from any region can go through this
process.
