I'm doing that too. I got a DeMarle bread pan for Christmas last year and I
just fell in love with the silicone bakeware. They are the makers of the

I use my Sil Pat, aluminum cooking sheet and sponge cake pan the most, so
that's what I got everyone. Hoping they just don't stick it in a closet and
never look at it again.
