Ahhhh ... you're not from dairy country.
Cheddar cheese curds are nuggets of fresh cheddar cheese, big enough
to pick up and eat as finger food. Around here, they come in
mozzarella and cheddar. Possibly others that I haven't noticed. And
various flavored versions of the above.
