Default Quickest way to cook C. Breast?

Just heat up a frying pan, add a bit of olive oil to coat the bottom
of the pan, then cook the chicken breast in it for a few minutes per side
and make sure you pound the breast flat in between two sheets of plastic
wrap before you cook it.
