Smoked Mackerel Pate
Ingredients: Serves 2
Onion x 1
Smoked Mackerel pack of three
Horse Radish 1 tsp
Tomato Puree 1 tbsp
Soft Cheese x 1 Small Tub
French Toast
Preperation:
1. Finely slice up the Onion
2. Fine Flay the Smoked Mackerel.
3. Mix all the ingredients together.
4. Cool the Pate in the Fridge.
5. Server with French Toast.
