Vollkornbread brot is just simply whole,grain bread made with rye meal,
kibbled rye, rye groats, nutseeds and raised by natural sourdough.
IIRC the Hamelman's book ( Bread) had one or two versrion of such
product...Have a look at it in your nearest library
