Depends upon how empty your spice cabinet is and what you prefer.
That being said, I whole heartedly recommend:

Sunny Paris
Sate (it's a sweet-hot curry powder blend)
Bavarian Seasoning
Sarawak Black Peppercorns
Northwoods Seasoning
Bouquet Garni
Pasta Sprinkle (I usually blend my own but Penzeys' blend is
superb)
Parisien Bonnes Herbes

and anything else you might be needing!
