If you can have a relapse, then the condition has not been cured. Think
of relapsing-remitting type of Multiple Sclerosis. There is no cure,
progression can stop and symptoms abate, but the victim is a time-bomb
- the MS can flare up again at any time..... He *still* has MS - it's
just in a quiescence stage.
