I find that after frying, the water comes out and the chicken is not that salty.
My schedule for cooking it is if-y for the next few days. I wonder how many
days the chicken pieces can remain in the fridge marinating? If I freeze it, and
an evening frees up, I need a day to defrost it (I prefer defrosting in the fridge).
