Haven't been to that one yet but I've been to the Original in Syracuse,
NY--in fact, I was there yesterday during my lunch break.
Great food. Unfortunately I hear some people didn't like the place in NYC.
Just bought a brisket flat at BJ's this morning. Any suggestions on
smoking it? I was thinking of doing the same way I did the pork butt on the
grill. Any gotchas? (yeah yeah I know, I gotta re-read the faq....)
