We use our Jenn Air all the time ( 3-4 times a week). No need to clean the
drip jar untill it is about full or whenever you just want to clean. We don't
grill chicken but do everything else. About every 2 weeks we wash out the under
grill area, pour hot water into the area and let the hot water drain into the
drip jar cleaning it while it drains. Either throw the jar away and replace
with pint mayo jar or dump and wash it. Wipe out the vent area when it looks
really grimy. Relax and enjoy the food.
