Do you have a Trader Joe's nearby?
I saw Cotswold at my local store a few days ago. It's $9.99 per pound.
I don't think I've tried their Cotswold, but find TJ's cheeses to be generally pretty good and a good value.
It's been a long time since I had some. I need to buy a hunk one of these days.
