A guy in our kayak club went on a trip from his house down here in
Niagara up to North Bay, 425 km. He got as far as Huntsville, about
300km, because he knew he could not make it all the way, and there was
no sure place to recharge before his destination. Then he had to make a
stop on his return trip. An ICE powered car would have made it all the
way on a tank of gas, saving the time of having to stopping for a time
consuming recharge.
