I haven't seen chives in a pot this year. If I had that much snow I
would be buying greenery too. The nursery that I go to uses one of
their glass houses for a winter park for customers. They put down sod
and line the house with all their huge plants. Several days/hours are
devoted to yoga. It's pleasant in there. Some of us pick up
sandwiches at Subway or such and sit a the picnic tables for an hour
or so. Of course, plant are available for sale. Good marketing
