White sauce is pretty easy to make - just add cheese to it. You can also make a white pizza by using just olive oil and chopped garlic on the crust. You can make a green pizza by using a pesto base. That's my current favorite.. You can use anything as a base. I've used Korean kim chee sauce. That makes a fiery pizza. There's no "correct" way to cook up anything.
