My cousin invited me over. Yummy. Along with a nice rice pilaf. The chicken was seasoned, then floured, dipped into egg wash, then bread crumbs. Fried on one side, and then the other, then finished in the oven. It wasn't deep fried. I didn't even put any lemon juice squeezed on it. I usually put lemon juice on breaded foods, but this chicken didn't need it. KFC, back off!
