I was amazed recently that a friend ordered a complete kitchen from
Ikea and it is finally in, four weeks late! She had stripped out
everything so it was disaster time for her during that span. Used to
be Ikea were reliable. They made no excuses or apologies and I
suggested she take them to small claims court because she should have
had a discount of some sort on such a hullabaloo.
