Thanks O. I won't have time in the foreseeable future to make it from
scratch like that unfortunately, but will keep in mind.

This reminds me many years ago, I went to dinner at a friend's house.
She made her own corned beef but must have been heavy with the sodium
nitrite and it gave me some mild bronchial asthma...
