I have had the same problem and my pills have not been near or exposed to
moisture. It really freaked me out. I haven't yet taken them back to the
pharmacy but I do intend to over the weekend. They are still in the
original bottle they came in so I have no explanation as to why this would
happen. Weird.

This is a very old post. We discovered that my pills needed to be stored in
the fridge. Her pills were kept in the daily dose containers on top of a
little fridge. We often set plates of hot food on top of the fridge on the
way to where we were taking them. Such as we forgot something, then put the
plate down to get it. The heat from the plate was affecting the pills.
