I had no idea what an air fryer was, and so I had to look it up on
Wikipedia.

Im afraid I am wedded to my deep fat fryer which loves me back, and so
I cant divorce it this late in life. It even did me a lovely partridge
last week.

If you are happy with your deep fat fryer, then why not, I had had one for
years ))

I have been very pleased to use far less oil now and I love my air fryer and
air oven.
