Of course, depending on where you live, but if they are routinely
making only a couple dollars an hour, they need to work at a busier
restaurant or something.

The places I go, the staff stays in place for years, if they leave
it's for a different restaurant. If it wasn't a living for them
they're certainly bright enough to go into something else, certainly
a minimum wwage job if that would be a step up.
