I've seen on her show lately (maybe it was an old re-run?) where she uses
half butter and half lard. When she dumps all of her ingredients in the
food processor and says half lard and half butter she looks at the camera
and says "Don't ask, just do it." I think that's funny and I guess she's
found out lowly little ol' lard does wonders for her pie crusts. :-))
