I've never had much luck with pencil and paper. I do alright with a keyboard but this is a problem that has dogged me all my life. Males seem to have this problem more than females. People that can take copious notes are a wonderment to me. Perhaps note taking should be introduced simultaneously with learning to write in kindergarten.
