What's the problem? I see tons of dirt cheap, non-stick, pans at discount stores. OTOH, what is rare is a non-stick, stainless steel, pan that will work with an induction stove. My favorite pan is a pan of just such a build for $35 off-the-rack at the Safeway down the street. It's just perfect for me - a heavy pan with an all metal handle that heats up fast. I have another pan that looks beautiful but it takes forever to heat up. Too bad.
